Recent FBA shipments
From Amazon, every 3 hours. "Out" and "received" are when Ecom Sherpa first saw each stage; the days between them are the measured lead time.

Label style
The size the label prints at. Set it to the inside of the sleeve's window (usually a little smaller than the sleeve itself). Changing the size stretches the layout to match. To arrange the photo, wording and barcode, open the designer.
Two campaigns run permanently, one subject+body combination active at a time per campaign. Launching a new campaign closes out the old one's numbers and starts a fresh count.
Every review a customer actually left in the current campaign -- a star rating, comment or photo. Approve or reject them here. Hover a photo to enlarge it; click it to open full size.
Every review-request email sent under the campaign that's running right now, most recent first -- including ones nobody's rated yet. Click a column heading to sort by it. This table starts fresh every time a new campaign launches (you won't be allowed to launch one until every review left is either rejected or posted).
Every actual review left, ever, most recent first. Click a column heading to sort by it.
Amazon
Orders sync automatically every 10 minutes. Active Listings (the Mapping screen's list of seller SKUs and ASINs) sync automatically once a day.
Website (CS-Cart)
Orders sync automatically every 10 minutes. The product catalog below syncs automatically once a day — use the button for the first pull, or any time you want to pick up newly-added or changed products right now.
Shopify
These two buttons only download from Shopify; they never change anything there. (Reviews are the one thing Ecom Sherpa writes to Shopify, from the Reviews tab.) Syncing pulls every product (active, draft and archived) and automatically maps any SKU that already matches a Website mapping or a Universal SKU name; the rest show up on the Mapping tab under Store: Shopify.
Etsy
Read-only: Ecom Sherpa can look at your Etsy listings (and, next, your orders) but can never change anything on Etsy. Syncing pulls every listing and automatically maps any SKU you've already mapped on another store or that matches a Universal SKU name; the rest show up on the Mapping tab under Store: Etsy. Listings also re-sync once a day on their own.
Walmart
Read-only: Ecom Sherpa downloads your Walmart listings (title, price, published or not, and whether Walmart fulfills it through WFS, with WFS stock) but never changes anything on Walmart. It syncs once a day on its own; the button does it now. Any SKU you've already mapped on another channel, or that matches a Universal SKU's name, is mapped automatically; the rest show on Mapping (Store: Walmart).
⣿Units
Used for the downloaded Excel file's dimension/weight columns, and expected on any file you upload. One setting for the whole app, so a download and a later upload never disagree.
⣿General Labor
Named labor types for warehouse work -- e.g. "Assembly," $18/hr. Each has its own FICA/workers' comp/retirement/other %s on top of the base rate, plus its hours, overtime and paid time off, which together give the all-in cost per hour actually worked. Used on a Universal SKU's Labor to Make lines. Shipping Labor is the one permanent entry: its all-in cost prices every Universal SKU's shipping minutes (Customer and 3PL).

⣿Stock Alerts
How many days of stock left, at the last 30 days' sales pace, turns a listing's number red, orange or blue on the Products & Profit screen. Inbound FBA stock counts. Anything between orange and blue is green. Blue also marks stock sitting with no sales in 30 days. Amazon's aged-inventory surcharge starts at 181 days in FBA.
⣿Listing Images
The most images each channel takes from a Universal SKU's gallery. Each channel gets the gallery in order (minus images switched off for it), and anything past its limit is left off. Amazon takes a main image plus 8; Etsy allows 20.
⣿Create FBA Shipments
Where shipments ship from, who preps and labels, which label paper you print on, and saved box sizes. Amazon's partnered UPS is picked by default. Some products need no prep at all; Amazon's own rule for each product always wins.
⣿FBA Restock
How the FBA Restock form decides what to send. A shipment created today is assumed to be sellable after the lead time; the form suggests enough to cover the target days from then on. Amazon charges a low-inventory fee under 28 days of supply and an aged-inventory surcharge from 180 days.
⣿Stock Recounts
How often each inventory item is due for a recount on the Stock Count screen, by how fast it's used (units used in the last 90 days, across every channel, through recipes). Never-counted items are always due.
⣿Shipping
What it costs to get inventory INTO Amazon's fulfillment network or a third-party warehouse -- separate from outbound below, and separate from Amazon's own FBA fees (already captured automatically). Pick one on a Universal SKU's Ship to 3PL Method column, or leave it on Manual to type a dollar amount by hand instead -- a fully separate list from Outbound, never mixed together.
| Name | Type | Rate | Notes |
|---|
Standard shipping rates for merchant-fulfilled orders you ship yourself to the customer -- e.g. "FedEx One Rate Small," $13.50. Pick one on a Universal SKU's Ship to Customer column, or leave it on Manual to type a dollar amount by hand instead.
| Name | Type | Rate | Notes |
|---|
What a full 20' or 40' container typically costs door to door. An Inventory item set to "20' container" or "40' container" as its Inbound Method splits this cost across the container's items by volume/weight share. Doesn't affect an item set to Local delivery, which uses its own flat Local Delivery Fee instead.
⣿Finishes
A short code (e.g. "PC") plus a full name (e.g. "Polished Chrome") for each finish you sell products in. Assign one to a Universal SKU to compare sales across finishes later.
